High Spirits LLC, was established in 2009. David Johnson brings  years of liquor distribution experience to the table – with customer service being their #1 priority. It is his highest desire to make the customer’s products both important and relevant within the Oregon liquor market.

At the time of their business launch, their company was hand picked by Frank-lin Distillers to represent their large portfolio of spirits throughout Oregon. David equally attuned to and recognize the importance of the spirit market. Able to recognize trends, he loves to represent that smaller luxury brand that may not ordinarily have the opportunity for exposure in the State of Oregon due to shipment minimums and other criteria set by the State procurement system. Retailers and Restaurateurs who depend on High Spirits LLC have come to appreciate the awareness of the rapidly changing trends of the industry and their responsiveness to those changes.

David established their company objectives with a focus on hard work. The primary goal is to maintain Supplier loyalty through superior service. High Spirits LLC will not
over-saturate brands and the agreements with his suppliers are clear and honest.

High Spirits LLC recently secured a commercial business site in Southwest Portland that combines office space with a small warehouse – perfect for housing smaller shipments of spirits. Distribution to retailers can this way be quick and spontaneous  through OLCC’s special order program.
